ZQLZ does not require a separate Contributor License Agreement.

By submitting a pull request or other contribution to ZQLZ on GitHub, you agree that:

Your contribution is licensed under the same license as the project, the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later.
You wrote it, or otherwise have the right to submit it under that license.
Code you copy from other projects keeps its original license and attribution, and that license is compatible with GPL-3.0-or-later.

This is the standard "inbound = outbound" model used by many open-source projects, and the GitHub Terms of Service apply it to contributions by default.
